Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of your project and your communication preferences. Under normal circumstances, we will not send more than eight (8) SMS messages per week. If you are an active client and we are actively working with you on a design project, and you have chosen to receive information by SMS, message frequency may temporarily increase to accommodate project-related communication. In all cases, message frequency will remain reasonable and related to your project or service needs.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charlee & Knox Atelier does not charge a fee for sending SMS messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan.

Opt-In Method

You provide consent to receive SMS messages from Charlee & Knox Atelier by:

  • Providing your mobile phone number on our website contact form and checking the SMS consent checkbox.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You may engage our services without consenting to SMS communications.

Opt-Out Method

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. Upon opting out, you will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your request.
