Stage to Sale furnishings are sourced through our trade vendors and invested in separately, with a 30% procurement and coordination fee. Rental terms are prepaid and include delivery, installation, styling, and removal. Occupied home styling begins at $1,500.
Every staged room includes a private catalog. Buyers who love what they see can purchase a single piece, a full room, or the entire home as presented. The story stays with the house.
